Does the Chronicle digital edition provide access to all of the content in the print version?
Yes, except for the job listings which stay up for 30 days per each insertion order. The Chronicle prints and mails every Friday. All the text from that issue is posted online the very next Monday morning, EST at http://chronicle.com/section/Current-Issue/38/. The Web site is updated 5 times a week each morning, EST.
How complete are the archives?
When the current issue is posted online, it becomes part of a searchable archive of back issues dating back at least 5 years. You can browse the most recent issues by going to http://chronicle.com/section/Archives/39/. But when you search the Chronicle site, content from older issues as well as other Chronicle content will be included in your search results.
