Meeting Guidelines

  • Start on time.
  • Respectful dissent will be encouraged which will allow for an exchange of other points of view/opinions with no repercussion from those who disagree with one another.
  • Be aware that information discussed in meetings must be contextually understood and may be of a sensitive and confidential nature.
  • Attendees are encouraged to be comfortable.
  • Meetings will be scheduled for 60 minutes with the option of continuing for an additional 30 minutes with unanimous agreement.
  • All staff will participate, on a rotating basis, as meeting facilitators and take meeting minutes.
  • Meeting facilitators choose meeting location and request agenda items from staff members using the staff email distribution list.
  • Facilitators are responsible for swapping in the event of a schedule conflict.
  • If a meeting is cancelled, the facilitator does not make up the date.
