Respectful dissent will be encouraged which will allow for an exchange of other points of view/opinions with no repercussion from those who disagree with one another.
Be aware that information discussed in meetings must be contextually understood and may be of a sensitive and confidential nature.
Attendees are encouraged to be comfortable.
Meetings will be scheduled for 60 minutes with the option of continuing for an additional 30 minutes with unanimous agreement.
All staff will participate, on a rotating basis, as meeting facilitators and take meeting minutes.
Meeting facilitators choose meeting location and request agenda items from staff members using the staff email distribution list.
Facilitators are responsible for swapping in the event of a schedule conflict.
If a meeting is cancelled, the facilitator does not make up the date.
