Basics

  1. WMS Collection Manager Knowledge Base is the primary route to adding eresource records to the public catalog. All additions to the collection must be activated in Collection Manager Knowledge Base.
  2. Off-campus access to paid eresources is primarily managed via OpenAthens. 
  3. Use data is managed in SpringShare's LibInsight.
  4. Licenses and contracts are managed in WMS License Manager.
