Received by eresources@berry.edu when patrons use "Report a Broken Link" on a WorldCat Discovery record. The images below show the location of the Broken Link Report on a record, a completed form, and the resulting email. Used by both patrons and library staff to report broken or problem links.
Note that although the report has a checkbox to request librarian assistance, patrons seldom check that box. Assume that the patron does request assistance and attempt to locate the item for the patron first. If possible, also correct the link in WMS Collection Manager, but this is often not easily possible.
Received by eresources@berry.edu when patrons use the "Report Issue" button on the Research Databases list. These are rare. Patrons experiencing database problems typically contact the library directly, most often by emailing the liaison librarian for their discipline.
