Peer-reviewed documents may be found by searching "Secondary Sources" within Westlaw. Look for articles that are found under Type: Law Reviews & Journals. You will know a peer-reviewed article, mainly by the length of the article and will be over 25 pages in length. The page count for the article is located under the title within the article view.
