  • 3/30/2020: We cannot ship or scan print materials but can work with you to find electronic versions or other sources that are available electronically.

Memorial Library can support your research needs wherever you are. Below is a list of resources and services for remote learning and research. Please note that access to collections and services is evolving as the college makes decisions about remote instruction in response to the coronavirus. This is the most up-to-date information but with the potential for rapid change.

Renew Books Online

Online Materials & Tools

Print materials and other physical items from Memorial Library's collection are not available, but we have loads of digital materials available for you. Use one of the links below or Ask Us and we'll be happy to help!

Returning Materials

Update, 3/24/2020: Please keep all library materials - ours or another library's - until further notice.

  • Books and media, including interlibrary loan materials, may be returned to the Memorial Library service desk or book return. If the Library is closed when you return your items, they will be back-dated when we open again.
  • If an item is due and you cannot come to campus to return it, keep it until able to safely return it. All late fees and fines will be waived during this period.
  • Please do not return equipment (laptops, calculators, headphones, etc.) via the book returns. If the library is closed due to unforeseen circumstances when your equipment items are due, please return them to a service desk the next time we are open and we will amend any fines.

Interlibrary Loan

  • All students, faculty, and staff can continue to use ILL to request materials not in our collections. If the request can be filled electronically we will do so, but we cannot provide ILL for print materials, DVDs, etc.
  • For materials that are currently on loan from other institutions, please attempt to request renewal through your interlibrary loan account. However, if renewal is not possible we will be suspending all fines and fees.
