Swank Digital Campus offers streaming access to classic and contemporary feature films. This is a mediated collection. Instructors must create an account and request activation of a film before use. Swank requires a course number and "academic purpose" for every initial license, but once a film is licensed it can be viewed/used by any student, faculty or staff member, or visitor to the library. Promoting the availability of individual movies must be limited to library platforms, Canvas and "typical classroom announcements."
Most films are added to our portal within 2-3 days of the request. However, Swank advises that activation may take up to 10 business days.
The database is searchable by title, actor, director, genre, and more.
